Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To review your claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the product packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully shown

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package

  • The shipping label

  • The opening of the package

  • The condition of the product received

Virtus Vogue reserves the right to request additional photos, videos, or supporting evidence before reviewing any claim.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be rejected.

Resolution Process

After reviewing the submitted proof, Virtus Vogue may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution at its sole discretion.

Virtus Vogue reserves the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, manipulated, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.

Returns

Customers are not required to return damaged, defective, or incorrect products unless specifically requested by Virtus Vogue.

Virtus Vogue reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution for each case.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
